ANUBIS stores account email addresses, display names, salted password hashes, session records, notification preferences, chat conversations, optional guest email addresses, order details, revision notes, progress updates and uploaded source, session and delivery files, engineer assignments, compensation records and audio screening reports to provide studio services. Passwords are hashed; they are not stored in plaintext.

A separate secure guest-chat cookie connects an anonymous conversation to your browser for up to 30 days. A secure, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Your cart is stored on your device. Account and order records are stored on the server and are available when you sign in on another device.

Aggregate traffic events record the visited page or plugin download link and time. No advertising pixel is included. Page views are not unique-visitor measurements. A hashed network identifier is temporarily used to limit authentication attempts. Hosting providers may process technical request information for delivery and security.

Only you and the authorized ANUBIS owner can access your orders and review audio. Payment details are handled by a connected payment processor, when available; this site does not store card numbers. An unpaid order does not indicate that a payment was collected.

Plugin release alerts are optional and appear in your account. Order activity alerts are part of the service. Email and push alerts are not currently connected.

To ask about your information, request account deletion or obtain account support, email mtf@anubisstudio.org. Financial records may need to be retained where required. Avoid sending passwords or unrelated sensitive information with project files.
