What happens when I cancel?
You can cancel in Manage billing. Paid access continues through the period already paid for; a trial continues until its end date. After that, the subscription license ends. ANKH, monthly free claims and existing perpetual licenses remain yours.
Does every trial download become mine forever?
No. The trial grants temporary collection access. Permanent ownership comes from an existing perpetual license or an explicit monthly free claim. Complimentary codes grant access for the duration shown when redeemed.
Are the plugins ready for my computer?
Current releases are unsigned Windows x64 releases. macOS and AAX are not included. Read each release’s test coverage and limitations and try a copy of your session first.
Do the current builds require an online activation?
No. Current builds do not contain online activation or a remote disable switch. The membership manages account download access and license rights. Existing public release archives remain available under the terms on which they were acquired. A subscription is not a promise of exclusive file access.
What does a perpetual license cover?
It allows continued use of the acquired plugin version without an ongoing subscription. It does not promise every future major version or permission to redistribute the plugin. Music created with a valid license can be released commercially.
